Shipping Information

We're happy to offer worldwide shipping!

Orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 days from the time that they're placed. Currently, we have the following flat rate shipping options within Canada:

  • Canada Post Untracked Standard: Starting at $1.80 / 3-12 business days
  • Canada Post Tracked Expedited: $10 / 5-7 business days
  • UPS Tracked Express: $20 / 2-3 business days

Please note that these transit times are in addition to the time it takes to process and package up your order, and are only estimates based on our courier partners. In all cases, shipping times will vary, especially during busy holiday seasons. If you're ordering from Eastern Canada, your order will likely take on the longer end of the estimate or potentially require extra time.

Local Pickup

If you live in Calgary, you'll have the option to pick up your order at our warehouse at no charge! We're open for pick ups between 10 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. Have your order number handy, or if you're picking up for someone else, be sure to have their first and last name in addition to the order number.

We offer the following flat rate shipping options to the US:
  • USPS Tracked Standard: Starting at $3 / 5-9 business days
  • UPS Tracked Express: $18 / 2-3 business days

Orders to the US are shipped with a partner carrier called Chit Chats. Chit Chats dispatches orders to USPS, who will then deliver to recipients locally.

International

International shipments take up to 15 business days to reach their destination. Rates are calculated upon checkout. All customs, duties, and VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer - we cannot collect or assist you on these.

Note: International orders can be delayed beyond 15 business days if the receiving country delays customs clearance. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
